HISTORY OF GMG FITNESS

GMG Fitness was founded by Gary McGrath in 2018. Building it from the ground up, Gary envisioned a company that struck the perfect balance between his two passions; helping people and fitness. With a 10 year wealth of knowledge of fitness, nutrition and countless certificates and honours in personal training, Gary took the leap to make his dream a reality. Countless hours and hundreds of clients later, GMG Fitness stands as one of the most sought after gyms in the local and surrounding areas.

Gary's determination, both in his own training and in his coaching of others has brought success across the board; in his own life through winning numerous bodybuilding competitions, and in his work successfully coaching hundreds of people with an array of goals, some of which being professionals in their fields.

When GMG Fitness started to see rapid growth in popularity, it became clear to Gary that he would not be able to handle all the clients alone. Thus, he hired a team of coaches that are elite in their ability and who have since coached hundreds of more clients under the GMG brand.

Whoever walks in the door at GMG Fitness, regardless of their fitness level or experience, is treated as a human first; with respect and kindness, one of the core values at GMG.
GMG Fitness put client relationships at the height of their priority list, with the sole aim of having every client leave our facility happy and eager to return.

Ann also offers classes at GMG with a wide variety, including Muay Fit,Core blast,Yoga and boxercise! These are suitable to all fitness levels and interests!
